Furnish Outlet does not give refunds for opened software if any, but we will exchange any damaged or defective media. If you need to return a product be sure to have your order number and item(s) number available. We will refund your money in the same way it was paid. If you used a credit card, a refund will be issued to the same card you charged the order on.

In these rare cases where the wrong product is placed in the box by our warehouse, but the correct product is on the invoice, please call and ask for an exchange. In those cases, you will not be required to pay for shipping and handling to return the wrong product to us or for us to ship the right one to you.

In the case of a refund package that is returned to us, you must still pay for shipping & handling, handling both for the product to be shipped out, and possibly also to return it if the carrier charges us for doing so.

Percentage Rate Of Defects And None-Defective Returns:

The actual defect rate of Furnish Outlet products has proven to be consistently below 2%. All non-defective returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee upon return.
